Most of the orange peel phenomenon of the elliptical head is due to the stratification of the plate itself, but it cannot be observed by the naked eye. The orange peel phenomenon can only be discovered during the stamping and drum pressing process. Solution: The relatively shallow orange peel phenomenon can be cleaned by fine grinding. The deeper one needs to be repaired by welding and then polished.
